He'll be a lively shout for the Grand Prix if he gets there.

I'm not sure Merv will ever win a big one. He will probably be one of those nearly players who can beat anyone on his day but never get over the line.

Were her opponents only allowed 2 darts? Had to wear blindfolds?

EDIT: "Gag Me With a Spoon" is an absolutely brilliant reaction.

I seem to remember him having huge leads in both the Grand Prix final vs MVG (2012) and vs Wade in the Masters (forgot the year) and absolutely shitting the bed - up until last year, I resigned to the same.
Something seemed different about him last year though, I remember MVG actually had to BEAT him in the Players Finals and it was a fantastic match on both sides (at least as much as last year's MVG vs King can be).
I like Mervyn, I really don't want to see him be another Terry Jenkins, but like you, I've doubts.

Surely they've not got the wrong name and picture?? (It's USA Darts, wouldn't put it past 'em)

I didn't think she'd thrown a 15 darter in her whole CAREER, much less half the bloody legs.

Also the only other thing I could think of.
But the top prize was only $180.

Hardy seems fucking worth it.

I watched one visit of that, and one visit of Fakeshite 2020, and her throw is a lot quicker in the above vid, therefore we can conclude it's definitely a scam, and I am an investigative journalist now.

Seconded. As I stated earlier, I'm really hoping last year was a sign. Easily the best player of the tournament in the PC Finals and didn't just roll over against MVG like in the GP final (or the Masters v Wade)
Possibly helped by the empty room but King wasn't exactly hoovering up titles on the floor either, so...?
