For some reason, every old cunt (former players) thinks they are really important and are constantly throwing their shit ideas out there. These people have been drinking all their lives, in an environment that normalised drinking. It's not surprising that their brains are fried. Just look at the state of Lowe's twitter.

He seemed oblivious to the fact you'd need about an extra 3 months
Not if they all played each other once instead of twice.

Most players play 16 times under the current format before finals night. If the field was extended to 16 players and they all played each other once, each player would play 15 times in total before finals night. Obviously, they wouldn't be able to have eliminations mid-season like they do now.

A 16-man PL isn't going to happen though. So it's a pointless discussion.

Imagine if they had 16 players and Bullyboy still didn’t get picked?

That's the punishment for winning World titles that have an asterisk next to them. Or something.

Episode 2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣

🗣️ Special guests
Jelle Klaasen
Adam Hunt
Alan Tabern

🏆 Reaction to the WDF's Lakeside announcement
❄️ What to expect from Gerwyn Price next week?
👀 Super Series preview

Co-hosts Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are back with a new episode ahead of the next Super Series on Monday. First, former BDO world champion Jelle Klaasen (10:47) calls in to look back on his last 12 months, missing out on the World Championship, and look ahead to an important next six months as he bids to avoid a trip to Q-School in 2022. Next, five-time PDC title winner Adam Hunt (33:47) joins the show to reflect on the last 10 years playing in PDC events, his impressive end to 2020 and breaking into the top 64, as well as his aim of a World Matchplay debut this summer. Then, former World Championship quarter-finalist Alan Tabern (47:47) stops by to run through his PDC career so far, how he joined the organisation in 2005 and made his World Championship debut a few weeks later, reaching the world's top 10, dropping off the tour, and his recent return to Ally Pally. Plus, Alex and Burton discuss the weekend's big announcement from the WDF, revealing their World Championship dates for 2022 and a return to Lakeside, and preview the upcoming Super Series in Milton Keynes next week. Enjoy!

You'd have mostly dead games at the top and bottom of the league for the last 60% of games.

Any extension beyond 10 would need to be split into 2 groups funneling into a quarter finals night then regular finals night. But think the format as is now is still a few years away from needing binned.
