Remind me about this if I don't do it soon Rando.

I've been watching the 'Fury from the Deep' (Troughton) missing episodes animation.

Throughout tonight's shitfest I have been considering the impossible

3 gourmet night
It contains the series all time best moment where he thrashed his car and the scenes around the drunk chef are glorious but overall its 3rd.

Well now Randall, this is the Doctor Who thread but John Cleese was in it once so that's ok.

10. Tomb of the Cybermen

Archaeologists searching for a lost tomb find it and soon wish they hadn't. A first full story for the good pairing of Jamie and Victoria. The scenes of the ice tombs thawing and the cybermen inside wriggling to life seem to have disturbed people. Troughton is the best actor to play the role and is in good form here while the cybes were arguably never creepier than when cackling underground in the ice.

9. The Time Meddler

The first appearance (other than his granddaughter) of a member of the Doctor's race. Loads of fun with the original Doctor and Peter Butterworth (Carry On films etc.) who is screwing around with time for a laugh, living in a deserted monastery up on the hill, playing records of monks chanting down into the town through a gramophone. Amazing cliffhanger where Steven and Vicki creep inside a stone tomb and find themselves in the monk's tardis... Steven is played by Peter Purves who also presented bloody BDO darts. He realises something is up when he finds a wristwatch in the woods... in 1066.

Not bad, yes. But I think Hartnell's Doctor had much more warmth than someone on that production realised.

Hurndall died so soon after recording The Five Doctors that he hadn't even received his fee for it.
