I can't and its annoying me

I see the new series of Inside no 9 starts on Monday cant wait.
Nice. The BBC can't get enough of it.

The spider's name begins with an E...
Eric?
Nope. Second letter is a D... and it's not Edward.
Edmund ?

Or is it Edgar ?

Funnily enough, I remembered it as Edmund, despite having watched it half a dozen times. It's actually Edwin.

I will have to watch them through fully again been a couple of year since I've watched them all through.

I love the episode where they are stuck on the motorway in the stand still

Celebrity Bullseye on now on ITV1

Victor seems to owe something to Basil Fawlty when he describes Mrs Warboys as 'a plague of locusts with earrings'.

Christmas Day 1997. One Foot in the Grave: Endgame. Tim Brooke-Taylor is their new neighbour... an early covid death last year. Damn.

Fabulous stuff apart from that reminder. Could have been intended as the final episode. One more series comes along nearly 3 years later, by which time The Royle Family has started and The Office isn't far off.

Started the final series today. It's so good.

A small dog very nearly got crushed, to keep the animal massacre theme going. Bones were broken. Mrs Warboys squashed a dove to death the other day too. There would probably be questions asked in parliament if the BBC produced this stuff nowadays.

Screeching with disbelief that the wallpaper people would do this to him. His reaction is absolutely amazing. He's famous for being 'grumpy'... surely he's the sane one.

Yep the snake episode is one of my favourites. I'll be watching the 90-min special 'One Foot in the Alrgarve' tonight. No Columbo today, sorry Randy.
I watched "Threatening Weather" on Sunday night with Roy Hudd absolutely hilarious.

Is it ok if I read Mr Meldrew

Yes that's fine then he starts reading out loud

Then

I'm going to the toilet now.

Victor says oh well it's just in the hall way.

Response no I'm going now
I just watched this one. Roy Hudd indeed, in an absolutely enormous fat suit. Wonderful stuff. Only two episodes to go now.

Victor spoils the ending of the book that Margaret is reading. Renwick later uses the plot giveaway mentioned by Victor in an episode of Jonathan Creek. Unless I've imagined it. Randall? What do you remember of Jonathan Creek?

Did you miss this question Randall? I imagine you're probably bored enough to want to say something about it. =D

Ok. I'm not sure where the thing I mentioned comes from. Is there an episode where a crossbow is fired through a keyhole? That's the plot in Margaret's book in OFITG.

I don't believe so
Theres 1 where the guy uses a gun disguised as an axe to shoot what turns out to be his mother
In the letters of septimus none someone else puts forward an elaborate crossbow and arrow theory.

Right. The gun disguised as an axe could be it. Renwick is clearly fascinated by these things.

Saying goodbye to Victor later unfortunately. First broadcast 20th November 2000... the only episode I saw on first broadcast I believe.

It clashed with the first millionaire on 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' on itv.

I remember the conspiracy that ITV purposely leaked information about Judith Kepel winning the million, just so people wouldn’t watch OFINTG on the BBC.
