American ripper in London continues to be interesting
Found evidence of similar murders in new York in 1891 when holmes was known to be there.
One of them so ripper like the whitechapel police went over to New York at the time to investigate

Finally starting One Foot in the Grave on Monday I think... a mile-wide boxset of 7 standard-size DVD cases :) proper boxset. I've had it for about 15 years... yikes.

I'll get back to you. An ITV series from the 70s. Self-contained episodes, all around 70 mins long. Lots of variety and many interesting actors turning up.

Nothing that was made in the last 30 years. It's a bit of an event when I spot someone who's still alive.

Watching ep 6 of OFITG later: 'The Return of the Speckled Band'. If you know a bit about Sherlock Holmes, you'll have an idea about what happens...

and the One Foot in the Grave 1991 Christmas Special, with a guest appearance by the man who sings the theme tune. You know him.
