The game of cricket has to get more youngsters, players involved. Participating, this is the way to do that. All stars and dynamos cricket are involved in this also. My son did All stars cricket, now goes to Dynamos 🏏

Theres no shortage of kids showing an interest, there never has been.
It's how they develop /improve when they're good enough, that's the issue.

Doesnt help clogging up the county game with has been foreigners.
That stops the development of a lot of our home grown lads, I've seen it first hand.
I could name a few in Wiltshire alone who, if they had been developed properly might just have had a chance.
Saying that, clubs are just as bad, in desperate attempts to win, they bring an overseas or two in every year ( at considerable cost) who bats bowls and scoffs all the rolls, the good kids get dillilusioned then just give up.
Loads of issues within the game at all levels but wasting stupid money on a 100 ball comp isnt the answer in my opinion.
We'll all have our own opinions, I could write a book on it !!!
