Why would it be like original Who? That show is about a hundred years old. You get bogged down in comparing the two. I just don't think there's any reason to.

I know what you mean. I watch new Who and enjoy it on some level but I wouldn't want to watch it twice as it doesn't really settle on me.
The charm of the original and maybe of old stuff generally can't be replicated today and I don't see that as a problem.
