I’ll be going again later.

Either my doorbell malfunctioned earlier or some little cunts rang it and ran away.

But when I opened the door, it was very warm for a March day.

Crazy how mild it was last night..

I had trouble dozing off.
Shame the temperature is going to drop for the weekend.
Just as it’s the first weekend when you’re allowed 6 people in private gardens.

Noticed last year it was a bastard to get hold of garden furniture.
This year it’s reasonably priced standing Patio Heaters.

Won’t be beating that anytime soon.

Got to 5km after about 30 mins.

There was sweat dripping into my eyes.
Grim.

You’ll be surprised, I did the couch to 5k like you and by the end my times were still slow like 32 minutes, I’ve tried to do 2 5ks a week with then a shorter distance speed run in between and my times gone down massively over a few months

I just wanna know how some freaks can run it in sub 20 because I had to force it so hard just to get 26

My average is about 30 mins, since I’ve been reaching 5k.
Not overly bothered about trying to get quicker yet.
But I probably won’t even bother with the app anymore and just use Strava.

Sub 20? That’s mental.
