Got there Wednesday, nurse walks out and says "oh it's our favourite diabetic"
She dashes in the door, receptionist shouts "look who it is" runs over to see her

She has to have a tablet an hour before food and has to eat at 6am and 6pm
So I have to be up at 5am every morning
