I renewed my daughters around April and it took fucking ages.... (about 9 weeks)
Reduced staffing due to Covid was their excuse, and it took them nearly 4 weeks to reply to my email...
Is it just an update? or a full passport application?
The wife’s mum picked hers up in within 2 hours in Spain. In this modern age the length of time it takes is just daft.
