I used to go T10 until someone suggested T18.

T16 leaves d9 and the single leaves bull. Always go that way

Everyone is good on d8/d16 and bull is the biggest target on the board so makes sense mathematically and logically to go this way...

If I were a better player, I'd probably go Bull/D8 (or 25,9,D16 if I miss the bull). But I'm absolutely useless at hitting the bull, far worse than I am at hitting T20s.

So I usually go T10, D18.

treble 18 for double 6, being a lefthander six is a decent double
single 18 leaves 48 so 8 tops or 16 double 16.

If bull missed, always going to have another shot at a double (or bull) so it's not a problem.
