Why can’t I stop hitting 5s!

Hello all
Please please please help me out!
I’ve done the oche dance, which tried far left, centre left, centre right and far right and I’m still smashing the 5 to bits
I’ve tried front grip, middle grip and back grip and I’m still smashing the 5 to bits
I’ve tried 21g darts right thru to 26g darts and I’m still smashing the 5 to bits
If I had any hair I’d be pulling it out
ITS DRIVING ME FCUKIN INSANE!!

Tried that and while it does cut down on the 5s the problem I av with tht is two fold, one my accuracy is pretty great so I tend to hit the one when I’m lookin at it, two, I eight the board thru the gap between my thumb and my forefinger so aiming at the one blocks the 20 bed from view

Hard to give advice without seeing his throw.
Could be a release issue, Balance issue, Grip issue but one thing I will say is, Trying a load of different sets of darts won't help.
