The groups are drawn. I'm on board 2 where no fucks will be given and averages will likely in the 50's.

Boards 3&4 are brutal, laced with several players fighting for the top 8 places in the league.

Kudos to all players making the effort to attend and play.

Lucky draw with the group but a 63 average just aint gonna cut it in a semi Odd Job.

Seriously....Have a look back through your stats and legs played over the last month, See if you can work out the pattern I have spotted with your game.

I choose from 4-5 sets of darts, walk up n down the oche until the match is completed. No science to my game though players are using online data thinking it could enhance theirs.

Every now and again I get a bit ratty
and something strange happens, like my 99 c/o in the 1/4 final. 19, tops, tops 😋

99 c/o brings back a memory, It was the last league I played in playing for Droitwich Workies and we had a cup match against the team that thought they owned the league (Millfields S/C) It was in the pairs and the match was already won for us so the game was a dead rubber anyways but we played against county player Phil Whitlock and some old codger, I was playing with Jonny Smith and we quickly won the first leg, 2nd leg Jonny left me on 99 and I jokingly said 'Nice one mate, Thats my favourite finish' Hit the 19 and then went tops tops, The old codger threw his toys out the pram and made a bit of a scene but eventually calmed down when Whitlock explained to him that it was the correct way to go and I was not doing it to show off...The old fucker still never shook my hand.

Nice. Sometimes sticking it to these big headed cunts is the only way. With 2 darts in hand on 68 I always went for D18, D16 (18, bull) way before double double was even a thing. Then Manley came along and upset everyone. Loved his tops tops v Taylor which started their rivalry haha

If I have 50 with 3 darts in hand I go straight for bull because i'm so shite that if I go for single 18 or single 10 i might miss it, worked out a few times playing against the computer that averages about 43 to great satisfaction

Ive seen fights break out because a player has gone double double on a finish, Best one was a player went tops tops with 3 darts in hand, His opponent took offense at it and started kicking off....Then ended up being thrown half way across the car park by the landlord. :D

It happened Thorn, The guy was not what you would call small that was thrown but the landlord is a fucking massive bloke....Grabbed him by the throat and marched him through 2 sets of double doors and then picked him up and launched him across the carpark.
