Lovely to see my efforts tonight provided Odd Job and a few others so much entertainment, On the other hand it has possibly been the toughest night of darts as far as my pain threshold has had to endure, I felt good before my first match and knew I was rusty with missing doubles and also suffered a lot of bounce outs through the evening but I was not far off anything, I was missing trebles on the wire all night but it was the doubles that really cost me but I will sort hat out.

For the first time in years I felt nervous but not because of anyone I had to play, It was more a case of nerves due to wanting to play well and not make games a mission to win, Odd Job has slated a couple of players I played against who in all honesty have ability but lack confidence, The lad I played in the 2nd match has one of the best throw's I have ever seen and he was gutted to lose to me, There were a lot of players already there when I arrived all constantly practicing and it was a great friendly vibe in the club but a bit too warm as it was quite crowded around the playing area but a decent venue, I would certainly go back there again.

Yeah that was unexpected and think I was sat on a double when he hit that but fair play to him, He had a lot of support and after that his confidence grew but I let him off the hook after going 2-0 up which I was lucky to do but just couldn't concentrate with the pain and balance issue, I honestly was ready to sack the night off after the 4th match against Clive and go home but its not in my nature to quit, Fucking suffering for it now though.

Well, at least he finally turned up and had a go so kudos for that.
Jobberesque standard but that's to be expected.
Good to see the injury card being played too.

All hail DbG 😀

Question for Dave, was Siobhan as good looking as her picture on the website? I was concerned that if she was a looker it may put you off

Aint even opened them yet, Used an old set with longer points in them, After last night im going to swap the points back as too many bounce outs.

Incredibly unfortunate that there were two identical scores of three with two bounce outs, certainly not with three single ones.

Things don't get any better for Odd Job....A mighty 57 average and a 2-0 defeat in his 2nd game of the night, Where has his form vanished to from yesterday when he fought through a field of hundreds of players to make a final and win £60???
