Its very rare that I eat frozen food, Yes its handy and time saving but most of my freezer is full of meat that was bought fresh then frozen, When you realise what shit is in a lot of frozen foods it makes you think twice before buying it.
A lot of the time I will cook a joint of meat and it will do for 2-3 days, Have say a roast on the first day then make a curry or casserole,stew or something the following day with the rest of the meat.
