Dear Sirs,

I wish to report the publishing of personal information on doublefinish.com by moderators of the forum that has led to problems in my personal life, they have revealed these details on numerous occasions across 3 user accounts.

My personal information over the last 12 months has been published in the forum by Administrator (Bxx Wxxxx, username - Darty) and  Moderator Wxxx Exxxx-Bxxxxxx (username J Y Kelly). They seem to think it is funny to publish my name, location, occupation etc across the forum and this has led to a number of serious problems.

1) Member JRWFSL147 (name Jxxxx Wxxx) searched for my young daughter's Facebook account as a result of the publication of my personal info. This member then offered to send links of her profile to other members of the forum.

2) An unknown member made a complaint to a darts organisation I was involved with claiming I'd breached their social media policy.  I can no longer work for this organisation as a result of my personal details being published.

3) I have tried to post through 3 different accounts of the last few months hoping to retain anonymity but on each account either Mr Wxxxx or Mr Exxxx-Bxxxxxx have revealed who I am to the other members of the forum.

4) Despite numerous requests for my accounts to be closed and all posts deleted from the forum, Mr Wxxxx has refused to comply with any of these requests which is potentially illegal and may have consequences for one.com under data legislation.

5) In fact Mr Wxxx has been systematically UNDELETING posts that I personally deleted from my own accounts.

6) Member Black Velvet (real name Lxxx Mxxxxx) and Sprocket501 (real name Axxxxx Cxxx) thought it would be funny to repeatedly post allegations that I was a rapist and did this in the forum alongside my real name. Again, despite numerous complaints the moderators refused to remove these libellous and disgusting posts.

All I would like is all my posts from all my accounts removed and all these accounts formally closed, something Admin has (illegally) refused to do up to this point.

Can you please confirm that this these account closures and full deletions occur before I seek further redress for this breach of confidentiality bydoublefinish.com and one.com?
