Suljovic: I was directly approached by the PDC (Professional Darts Corporation, Note). If I do not retire in the first round of the World [Championship], I think I'll be 99.9 percent nominated. I'll play one hundred percent, I'm looking forward to it. The Premier League is the only one I have not experienced at the PDC and I hope they invite me. I'm doing my best and I think I'm ready for this Premier League.

Skweezit: Yeah. I'm not sure why I am in this interview, but Yeah.
Don't worry Mensur... This year you'll be invited to join the Bandwagon for sure...

Im more excited for this PL already than I was for the previous two editions. Darts needs some new faces and this edition is bound to include a few. Just hope they won't be cannonfodder.

Last year it was so bad that they had to include klaassen en huubrechts ffs

Klaasen was unlucky with his injury last year, he's a player I'd like to see back in the PL, maybe in 2019. Even though this year he's been kinda mediocre.
Huybrechts a serial choker, bottled both of his chances, should never be back.

New players this year will spice it up big time. Interesting to see whether Mensur, Cross, Gurney can cut it in the PL.

I agree with Huybrechts.... The thing is that he thinks he can square it up with people like Gary Anderson, Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerwen only to be put in his place like a naughty kid Sent to the corner with his tail behind his legs.....

Since you know all about being dire, it shouldn't bother you at all.

Over 3 years now since Huybrechts beat van Gerwen 16-10 in the Grand Slam quarter finals, out doing van Gerwen on everything from OTT celebrations, power scoring, averages, and even a 9-dart finish. Van Gerwen got revenge the year after, with a 16-4 demolition.

Huybrechts should never have been in the PL last year. He had barely recovered from the previous humiliation and was hardly setting the world alight.

He lost comfortably to Taylor in the worlds. He was put in purely for the possibility that he might wind a few players up.

Mardle mentioned at the Grand Slam (think it was that one) that there was the possibility of wild cards for Taylor, wouldn't be surprised if he got a wildcard for Blackpool assuming he's still in rankings wise, plus he's defending champion, also if there's not really a bona fide PL player to fill out 10th spot then Taylor I'm pretty sure will get in.
