I wouldn't spend a grand on a comic, you could buy over a thousand cans of beer for that

I can't bring myself to do it for whatever reason
Mate of mine just spent 5.5k on one comic hence I'm considering my position

Do they still have the Forbidden Planet in Leicester? Used to buy my PlayStation games there back in the day.

I used to work at the Ladbrokes on Uppingham Road and live in Northfields, absolute pit. The pubs are brilliant though.

What was the real dive where people were getting stabbed all the time? St Matthews? That shop had bulletproof glass behind the counter

Have an original Spike Island ticket from the Stone Roses concert.
Sold photo copies of it on ebay for 5 quid a shot back in the day.
Not sure what it is worth now.

I still have all my old gig tickets from over the years. Wonder if they’re worth anything. Think i’ve mentioned it on here before but I saw Arctic Monkeys in early 2005. Got a few others from bands before they went big

That's a beauty. Pre-Barker I should think.

My mistake, it was 1999, Electric Ballroom. Travis joined at the end of 98 I think. Pre-Enema of the State though! Pretty sure I wouldn't have told my parents where I was going as I was 13

Ooh, go on...
I'm collecting the 1970s hulk weekly comic
Issue 1 came with a sticker album.....
Cool. I wouldn't have sworn to sticker albums even existing in the 70s. Trading cards yes, cigarette cards maybe.
I have this evening finally won a completed album on ebay
