The rugby sevens has been a great watch. Hopefully will stay in the Olympics past 2020.

You just missed the most dubious track world record in the book get broken by 14 seconds. Dodgy as actual fuck.

Not a single woman has even ran within 22 seconds of the old world record which many deemed dodgy and now it's gone by 14. Makes you think.

The women's 10km. Old record was 29m33s, no woman has ever ran below 23m56s before today except for that one and todays effort of 29m17s. Even Radcliffe could only manage 30m01s

The British heptathlete who isn't Jessica Ennis is smashing up the high jump at the moment. One more jump and she goes into the lead overall, I think.
