I won't bother. I don't think Adams would have got far in his comp. But I would have liked him to get a nod just a basic sign of respect

Again, I agree. I think Adams high status in the game is due to more than just the standard he played at. Dont get me wrong he was a good player but not on the level of those others. However the myth around his person and the fact he was the main man for the BDO for a long time makes a lot of casual fans recognise it and therefore he has a very big reputation

Hardly...Im going simply to get a feel for the event before the start of the next series, Im not able to practice or do much else at the min so it will no doubt end with me in a lot of pain on Friday following it but I will do whatever I can manage, Main thing is me being able to play all the games I have to on the night.
