The mental frailty is bizarre
Especially as it doesn't manifest itself on the stage.
He is correct though, the final was an open goal.

I'll have to rewatch their SF at some point. He seems like one hell of a catastrophiser. Saying it before you do - imagine what Taylor would be doing to him. These lads are a bunch of sweethearts by comparison and he's suffering bad. Dimitri is practically a girl.

Taylor would have absolutely ruined him.

I think Duzza is being a bit of a drama queen here, he's said stuff like this before about how he'd get eaten up in the PDC, yet he's done very well since turning over. Ultimately it wasn't a lack of bottle which cost him, it was a lack of talent-- Dimitri did very well to recover from almost blowing it, great credit to him for that as it's something he's struggled with in the past, but it wasn't as if he was playing stratospheric stuff--if Duzza had the gears all the other top players have, he'd have won that. Even James Wade, known for winning games through efficiency rather than pure talent, still had big averages in him when he was winning his majors.

Could Duzza have a mental block when it comes to semi-finals? Perhaps, apart from arguably this one, he's never really turned up in any of them. This was an especially big chance for him, but there are so many TV events these days, it's very possible that he'll fall over the line one day

Come on Ted, rise like a Phoenix from the ashes. I’m sure Randall will be wishing Mr Hankey well.

"Robbo". FFS. The only thing he ever contributed to Lakeside was falling off that hoverboard.

Oh, and maybe beating MVG.

He said a few weeks ago that he'd go PDC again if necessary. l.o.l.

“The unfortunate situation is that you’ve got the BDO in disarray at the moment. If it ends up that I have to go back to the PDC; I’ve got to find a different mindset and a different way of playing in the PDC; but if something can happen on the BDO side, that would be fantastic.”

I’m no fan of Lewis, but to my mind his comments are just banter. Now imagine the uproar on here by some if James Wade has made those comments?
