I can't lift my cock, as my doctor told me not to lift anything heavy.

New deadlift World Record? Bit of a cheat as most of the weight stays on the ground for the initial pull which is the hardest part of the movement, still very, very impressive though...

1155 pounds / 524kg... And he has a beer belly, hope for the average darts player yet!

Lack of proper coaching and technique there. I've spoken about this on this very thread before, Arrow take note there.

Darty has a severe case of 'Man Boobs' which he asked me for my expert help in reducing their size thru a workout routine.

Firstly Man Boobs are quite common for English men, just look at Colin Montgometry, Phil Taylor, Andrian Lewis & Kevin Keegan. Man Boobs can make you a success at sport.

Darty, I suggest you start with a moderate weight on your dumbbell and do 30 reps of Lying Pullovers. This will help harden and flaten your Pectorais Major & Latissimus Dorsi muscles.

How would working his lats, the biggest muscle in the back, help with moobs? Thick cunt. Only one way to get rid of fatty moobs and that's to lose weight - ie through cardio, if it's genuine gyno/breast tissue then it has to be surgically removed, exercise won't do fuck all for that.

Darty, first we'll strengthen up those shoulders with some simple Shoulder Presses. This will work your Deltoids, Trapezius & Triceps.
- Put 30kg on each dumbbell.
- Sit in a bench with the backrest upright.
- Swing the dumbbells up to the start position so they are on either side of your head, palms forward.
- Push the dumbbells overhead, elbows back, head level.
- Don't lock your elbows or arch your back at the finish.
- Pause briefly, then return to the start.
- Repeat until you can no longer raise the dumbbells.
- Rest.

Jockenaria has now asked for advice and joined the class with Darty in my weight loss program. Whilst Darty is interested in Breasts, Jock prefers the waist. I will manipulate my program so all particpants receive total satisfaction.

Second exercice this week - The Lying Pullover (No reference to MH intended or inferred). The will work the Chest muscles, Pectoralis Major and Latissimus Dorsi.
- Lie flat on a bench holding a single dumbbell in both hands with the bar vertical, use approx 20kg.
-Hold the dumbbell above your chest, palms up, thumbs around the bar.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head until you feel a comfortable stretch. Don't arch your back.
- Pause briefly, then slowly return to start.
- Keep the motion completely controlled.
- Repeat until satisfied, this could be 80 to 100 reps.
