I just found this:

OFFICIAL: From July 1, 2023, IFAB rule changes will prevent goalkeepers from taunting during penalties:

- Goalkeepers cannot touch goalposts & nets
-Delay execution of penalty
-Unfairly distract the taker
-Behaviours that fail to show respect

Think it's bollocks really, don't mind a bit of shithousery

They will have to stop the taker/non taker from playing mind games, stuttering, etc to make it fair then I guess. Fun is going out the game

Wrong, made great strides in the last few years. Recently beat Israel and drew with Greece.

Was playing good football under our manager Devis Mangia but he got accused of sexually assaulting one of the players and resigned, hopefully the new manager is good too.

Got a top baller in Teddy Teuma who's team Union Saint Gilloise are in the quarter finals of the Europa League

Ronaldo’s record is similar. It’s not really the players fault that they play against shite more often than not. Think it gives more recognition to players of old as they didn’t play as many qualifiers back in the day

Surely some of the 18 penalties are included in that initial 32?

What a spastic.

Hasnt Ronaldo now scored 10% of his international total against Luxembourg?

Liverpool fan still salty that Harry Kane said “Don’t give me two chances” after he missed and scored a penalty at Anfield a few years ago.

It was good to see Sint Maarten batter Bonaire 6-1 the other day. Some fine players on the island
