Thought it would.
I have just finished The Hunt for MH370 by Ean Higgins. Some interesting insights. The evidence points strongly to the pilot flying the plane right until it was nearly out of fuel then doing a controlled ditch. However the whole search area was decided based on a ghost flight theory so they weren't even searching in the right area.
