Turns out he ordered a re-release of his early 2000’s book in error, although it’s quite sneaky how they’ve put a recent photo of Ronnie on this one

Read through about half of it and I’m quite surprised of how subdued he was as a kid, at least away from the snooker table

My Brother did order the latest one for me too, so I’ve got that to read as well afterwards

For thinking a book from 2003 was a new release.

I did tell him afterwards that you should check the publication date and the “first available to Amazon” date
Oh well, I got both books out of it :)

I've not been interested enough to read any of Ronnie's books. I'll watch his documentary when I find it in Australia.

I read Hendry's book and enjoyed. Graeme Dott's is currently on my Kindle

Think Ronnie’s will be the only ones I read, maybe Jimmy White’s

Graeme Dott has a book?

It's called Frame of Mind. I paid about $6 for the Kindle version, I'll read it one day.

Fair enough
I know he did deal with really bad depression at one stage, so I’m sure it’ll be interesting to read the paths it took him down and how he overcame that period of his life

That was after winning in 2006 and before he made the Final again in 2010 I think.

I'll have to read it now.

Yes, Audible membership is 16.45 per month here and you get 1 book included to keep, and while you're a member you can listen to any book that's in their Plus catalogue as well.

I paid $144 for a 12 month membership in June which gives me 12 books. I'll probably cancel after that as I will still have heaps of books to get through.

I've chosen mainly politics and history books, I don't like listening to fiction.
