I think Hearn would book him to fight the likes of Whyte, Chisora, etc and hope that the Fury fight becomes available in a years time or so.
Of course he would almost certainly lose to Fury, but he could cash out while doing so.

Whyte is rumoured to be fighting Dubois, which I think has the makings of a very good fight. If AJ loses against Usyk, I think a 3rd fight against Ruiz Will be next.
