it wasnt actually. its just the one i remember because it was awesome. wasnt really into buying CDs as i liked my old mans music Queen, The Who, Dr Hook, Deacon Blue, Dire Straits etc more than any of the up to dat music, even when i was like 6.

Like zoidy I grew up listening to my fathers stuff, a lot of irish traditional,rebel stuff, 50's and 60s stufff like the mamas and papa's, billy fury, elvis, neil sedaka etc.....stuff I like myself, even bought some of that on CD

I also bought Star Trekkin by The Firm. In my defence, this was all before I was 10 and started liking proper stuff like Foreigner and Scorpions.

Aha's Take on Me was a fantastic pop song in it's day and the vocals were brilliant.
