they were only in the one episode. it ended with scott beaming them all aboard the klingon ship as i remember.

as i have said before i have never watched anything except the original series.

as for the best star trek episode ever, its a no brainer, joan collins and the city on the edge of forever.

have you ever seen the DS0 episode where they go back in time and revisit that episode, and merge the two together,Clever editing.

the ds9 show called trials and tribbleattions, where the cast of ds9 and the original cast are editted together to make one show,.
It was done for the anniversaty show and the work that went into it at the time was way ahead of what even top hollywood movies even attempted.
