Qualification Criteria


1). RANKING TABLES
a). WDF Main Ranking Tables 2023
Players positioned between 1 and 64 (or equal 64), in the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 30
October 2023.
b). WDF Main Ranking Tables 2024
Players positioned between 1 and 64 (or equal 64), in the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 2
September 2024.
c). WDF Single Nation Regional Ranking Tables 2023 (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and USA)
The top eight players from each of these four WDF Regional Ranking Tables that have not qualified through
being in the top 64 on the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 30 October 2023.
d). WDF Single Nation Regional Ranking Tables 2024 (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and USA)
The top eight players from each of these four WDF Regional Ranking Tables that have not qualified through
being in the top 64 on the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 2 September 2024.
e). WDF Multiple Nation Regional Ranking Tables 2023 (UK/Ireland, East Europe, North Europe, West
Europe, and Asia/Pacific)
The top sixteen players from each of these five WDF Regional Ranking Tables that have not qualified
through being in the top 64 on the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 30 October 2023.
f). WDF Multiple Nation Regional Ranking Tables 2024 (UK/Ireland, East Europe, North Europe, West
Europe, Asia/Pacific and Africa and Western Asia)
The top sixteen players from each of these six WDF Regional Ranking Tables that have not qualified through
being in the top 64 on the WDF Main Ranking Table as of Monday 2 September 2024.
2). RANKING TOURNAMENTS
a) Semi-finalists from all WDF Platinum and Gold graded tournaments held between January 1 2022 and
Monday 2 September 2024.
b) Finalists from all WDF Silver graded tournaments held between January 1 2022 and Monday 2
September 2024.
c) Winners from all WDF Bronze graded tournaments held between January 1 2022 and Monday 2
September 2024.
3). CUP TOURNAMENTS
• All gold, silver and bronze medallists from the 2023 WDF World Cup
• All gold and silver medallists from the 2022 and 2024 WDF Europe Cup
4). PREVIOUS CHAMPIONS
a) All previous WDF/BDO World Champions
b) All previous WDF/BDO World Masters Champions
c) All previous Youth World Champions and Youth World Masters Champions that are no longer
eligible to play in the WDF Youth World Masters
5). OVER AGE QUALIFYING YOUTH PLAYERS
Players that qualify through any of the 2024 WDF Youth World Masters qualification criteria but were 18
years of age or older on Sunday 31 December 2023
6). WDF MEMBER COUNTRY INVITATIONS
a) Each of Australia, Canada, New Zealand and USA shall receive Twenty Member Country invitations
b) All other Member Countries shall be granted WDF Member Country invitations based on their level of
membership within the WDF:
• Level 1 – Sixteen Member Country invitations
• Level 2 – Twelve Member Country invitations
• Level 3 – Eight Member Country invitations
• Level 4 – Four Member Country invitation
WDF MEMBER COUNTRY INVITATIONS 2024 SUMMARY
Member Countries shall therefore be granted the following number of Member Country invitations for both
men and women, i.e. Australia receives twenty boys and twenty girls invitations.
I. Twenty Member Country invitations
• Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United States
II. Sixteen Member Country invitations
• England, Germany and Netherlands
III. Twelve Member Country invitations
• India
IV. Eight Member Country invitations
• Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Catalonia, Chinese Taipei, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech
Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland,
Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, Nigeria,
Norway, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
Turkey, Uganda and Wales
V. Four Member Country Invitations
• Bahrain (Kingdom of), Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar,
Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Jersey, Korea (Republic of), Liechtenstein, Lithuania,
Mauretania, Northern Ireland, Pakistan, Palestine State of), Romania, Serbia, Singapore,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Turks & Caicos, Ukraine and
United Arab Emirates
a) WDF Member Countries may use as many of the WDF Member Country invitations as they wish for
both men and women, i.e. Austria may choose to use 6 men’s invitations and 4 women’s invitations.
b) WDF Member Countries may select the players to whom they award their Member Country invitations
in whichever way they wish, for example national champions, national rankings, international teams
or through qualifying tournaments.
The names of all Member Country Invitations must be received by the WDF by no later than Monday 30
September 2024.

The Qualification Criteria described in this document applies to WDF Playing Members as per Bye-Law 2.01.
The WDF reserves the right to amend the 2024 World Masters qualifying criteria at any time to meet any
purposes deemed to be necessary.
Further details surrounding the 2024 World Masters will be released as they become available

Why not bring it to Hungary darts is huge here and we are a respectful bunch. Here or Belgium. Imagine rooting for our own guys at home. As we proved at Lakeside where Hungary was the only nation with players in all 4 comps, we are in the mix, even if not in the elite yet. Every time WDF events (Europe Cup, Youth Cup etc) been here it was a success.
