Always liked fallon.

Nice to see unlike others she is not a bigot. Also good to see her supporting somebody going through a hard time. Good analysis about the generational differences also. Many people involved in darts need to enter the modern world rather than harking back with rose tinted spectacles and bigoted views.

Note that she doesn't say she stands up for trans people at all, just that times have changed and society has moved on. She's right to stand up for Noa as a person, though.

She said what Noa had in abuse was wrong.

Always amusing how the people most offended by people being called names or put into groups are the 1st ones putting people into groups and calling them names.

Just the same as when we were young we used to forgive Grandad for being a bit racist. 'He's from that generation'

Well done, Fallon. The lack of empathy and the dehumanizing from a lot of people on the anti-trans side is especially bad. Of course, Fallon has faced hostility herself when she was getting prize money, publicity, sponsorship, TV tournament appearances and the like.

Because they are sick of bigots. Go back to the days of Mrs. Doubtfire, and it was gays and bisexuals that were being attacked by the bigots, with far less hostility to trans people. The targets of the bigots depend on which group the media focus on to attack in order to divide people. United we stand, divided we fall.

There wasn't too much of a fuss in tennis in the mid-late 1970s when Richard Raskind transitioned and became Renée Richards. The worst that the bigots did back then was laugh at the notion of a man becoming a woman. Nowadays, they'd be saying "A disgrace! A man playing in a women's event" and start all the dehumanizing, lack of empathy agitation.
