I don't think you can get it anywhere in Australia other than Pizza Hut and Domino's and I never go there.

I only eat Aussie or Hawaiian from local Pizza places as they are much better than Pizza Hut or Domino's

My favourite is Pizza Forte, it's a chain but pretty nice

I get the supreme from them - double mozzarella, double pepperoni, parmesan

Costs about 8 quid
