Practicing

What would you say is the difference between throwing a steel tip dart and a soft tip dart (assuming they have the same weight)?
I have an option to start practicing darts but only soft tips now. Will I use a different technique when throwing soft tip darts?

Give it a go. If it's the same dart then it should be no significant difference. No need to change your technique.

Had 13-14-18 darters consecutively tonight practicing with my mate who’s just getting into the game. Took out 109 with his darts in the last leg too.

Being able to practice is a wonderful thing and something taken for granted. I no longer do due to body malfunctions. If you keep it going you'll be destined for the very top with darts like your 3 legs burst 100.20 average. I'd sponsor you for Q School. Keep us updated on your progress 👍

I play for fun with my mates, no interest in playing competitively anymore unless my local league team are short.
