Have to say I was very surprised that nobody voluntarily handed in their tour cards this year, though the current bottom 2 on the OoM would also be giving up a potential World Cup spot if they did that. I'd be even more surprised if there aren't a fair few pullouts each event though, especially Prem players (although maybe not as much as it could be good prep for Thursdays)

Not much point handing it in right now. It's 1000 for the first win now, so easier to cover the annual fee and the cost of a group of PCs.

Playing the full tour is a different matter.
