I know he's yet to do it in the major events, but Littler sure seems to be winning a lot lately.
TBF he’s only played in two he made the final of one and lost to the best player in the world for the last 8 months and the last 8 of the other losing to an unreal performance from Damon Heta.
I genuinely think he will win at least 2 ranking majors this year. Will probably also be world number 2 or 3 if somebody other than himself or Humphries win the worlds.
Team Corvid 2024 consists of the following 12 players.
Clayton, Cross, Gilding, De Sousa, Dolan, Evans, Campbell, Krcmar, Lauby, Puha, Szaganski and Turetta

Oh aye, I'm aware the reason he hasn't won a major or big TV event to date is more due to lack of opportunities rather than anything else.
I suspect he'll win at least one big TV event in the second half of the year. He's obviously a favourite to win the PL before then also.

It's a shame that we'll be lumbered with Obesehead at the World Cup. The 2 Lukes for England would be an orgasmic prospect. Maybe next year.
Gives you something to look forward to
+1. Smith is defending world title money in January...
Defending is so passé. It's all about races now.
Smith is 20th in the Tour Card Race. Next year Smith by itself could mean Ross Smith.
In the Tour Card Race, Cullen's final has moved him above Smith, Wade and Searle.
Smith 20th, Wade, 19th and Searle 18th.
Littler leapfrogged Bunting and Wright to move up to 9th.

STRIKING STATISTIC SHOWS WHY LUKE LITTLER TOOK OVERALL VICTORY AT AUSTRIAN DARTS OPEN
https://dartsnews.com/pdc/striking-stat ... darts-open
In a post by statistics platform Darts Orakel, an important factor emerges to explain the success of 'The Nuke'. Indeed, during the Austrian Darts Open, he managed to break the throw in two-thirds of the legs played in which his opponent started the leg.

Humphries, Gando and Cross all missing
Dobey and GVV seeded for the first time ever I believe.
And Gurney returns to the seeds for the first time in a while

Gurney was two spots off. He's currently further back for ET9/10, with cut-off 1st of June. Just behind some Dutch guy.
OoM Rob Cross (16) 68.25
9 Ryan Joyce 63.5
OoM Joe Cullen 62.25
OoM Michael van Gerwen 62
10 Daryl Gurney 61.5
