Mason actually did win a TV title.

He won the 2000 Irish Masters on Sky, perhaps the most forgotten TV tournament in Sky Darts history.
At the Crosbie Cedars Hotel in Rosslare, County Wexford, Ireland. The 2000 World Grand Prix was also held at the venue.
Do you have any memory of watching it?

I don't.
I can only remember watching brief highlights of it at a later date. They would show some brief highlights of the Irish Masters some years up until about 2006, when Colin Lloyd won it. They would usually show this at the buildup of the next TV darts event when the Irish Masters winner was about to play. The Irish Masters stayed at the Crosbie Cedars, while the World Grand Prix moved to the Citywest from 2001.

He does it all the time, I don't think it's a deliberate tactic to put people off, so it's just one of those things you have to deal with. Humph did well to get back into it, but in the end was just beaten by the better player on the night
As daft as he appears, Dimitri is quite an intelligent dart player, He knew all to well that disturbing Humphries rhythm was the way to go if he wanted to win and it worked but only just but I highly doubt now that Humphries will let him get away with it again.

I get why some people don’t like certain dart players, but DVDB for me always comes across as a decent bloke.
I think you will agree that he is certainly Belgiums greatest ever dart player 🙂

It always amazes me when people state with a kind of resigned tone what is obviously going to happen next as we come to the end of tournaments.
