What will you be eating Christmas day?
So what will be on your plate this Christmas day?
Will it be a Turkey? Or maybe some pork, or other meat.
A fish dish maybe or a vegan Christmas?
For me it will be,
Salmon and prawns with a homemade seafood sauce for starters.
Turkey crown with gammon glazed in mustard and marmalade with the trimmings.
If people can eat it, there will be a Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or a selection of cheeses.

Re: What will you be eating Christmas day?
Christmas is always a bit mad for us because a family members birthday is on Christmas day, Mrs will be dropping presents off in the morning while I cook the dinner and then we have to eat and be off to the mother in law's leaving ours no later than 3pm but I will be making sure we have a proper Christmas dinner.
Planning on doing....
Chicken and veg homemade soup and then King prawn and seafood cocktail (dependant on what fresh seafood I can get, Usually like to have prawns, crayfish and shrimp) for starters.
Main I am going to be doing a turkey crown wrapped in smoked bacon, Topside roast beef or if I can get it from where I buy my meat from a beef rib roast, Pork and mushroom stuffing balls, Roasted veg mix (chantonnay carrots, baby leeks, parsnips, red onions) Yorkshire puddings, Peas and purple sprouting broccoli.
No desert here but will be having whatever the mother in law is making for desert then various cheese with crackers while we play cards and get drunk.

It's the post-xmas dinner eartha that counts.
A true highlight of the eartha calendar.
