I think what happened was somebody criticised the bit where the boss in IT Crowd goes to bed with a transgender woman after mishearing her say that she was a man, he thought she was Iran. Well having had his ego pumped up from all the fawning wankers that go wild for the metro elite he totally went off the boil and it became his new obsession. The trans lobby were hereafter out to get him.

These days From waking up in the morning to going to bed on an evening he's on either twitter. mumsnet or substack writing about transgender people compulsively. He has in essence had a breakdown. Now totally obsessed with it apparently ruined many friendships and job opportunities because of his baggage and inability to not bring up transgender people.
