The CIA were clearly not honest with the Warren Commission when quizzed about their interest/association with Oswald.

At minimum, there was a CIA intelligence failure of epic proportions in regards to Oswald. Whether it was something further, and CIA figures were involved in the actual shooting to some degree or not, I have no idea.

As for the fatal head shot came from the front ? I’m

Listen to the first 3 episodes of the podcast. It's been shown Oswald could have fired a maximum of 3 shots in the available time, and there is conclusive evidence of at least 4 shots.
