Cannot throw straight

Well sort of lol but nothing I try seems to work , like moving over. Frustrating

You might want to consider killing yourself.
It won't solve your problem, but is solves ours.

I just tried it and threw for 10mins and no improvement so far. Just a cold arm. lol.

Just threw 3 single ones 3 times in a row. dunking my elbow in the water seems to have made me worse. lol

I'm doing better now, I find it much easier to keep straight when the first dart goes in the 20 as i can follow it up..
