They are probably moldy aswell
"Approximately" 40 used dartboards. Could they not get someone to count them beforehand? Maybe an inside joke for how shit the BDO was run.

Assuming that stays the same, these are the final prices

£58,150 in total, with 4 lots unsold. 13 lots were sold after a single bid.
I'm seeing the Inventory list for the first time right now and I'm flabbergasted. What have I just missed? Not even BDO pens amongst that lot of pony.

The fact the Womens Gold Cup Pairs went for 3 times more than the singles trophy, and 700 quid more than the Mens Singles trophy, is utterly bemusing.

Loads of keyrings and magnets though. The BDO eggcup, alas, was fake news. I custom built it for Emu.

Many original items weren't included in the auction. Eric and John were given WC trophies to keep. Who funded all the replica trophies?

The original huge segmented dartboard operated by a human hand that lit up for the crowd to see where the dart landed currently resides north west. This is an iconic piece of memorabilia that remains in darts.

Surely they were scrapped years ago when they stopped using them, unless they were beyond stupid and kept all old equipment rotting in the warehouse.

Haha I remember the shop. We were last there the night Crocodile Dundee found a way to grab defeat from the jaws of victory against Duzza. My daughter purchased several tat items including a couple of bdo darts shirts. Hello ebay!

The bdo fanatics sign too. They were a pathetic bunch. I walked past their table with their overloaded crap signs making out they were the true darts fan. They really thought it was all about them

Fantastic. I get very giddy when someone confirms that the BDO was real.

Do you recognise this pair of quality street legends? I'd have bid a grand for that tub:

Look at the state of those ladies. Couldn't be bothered to do up their ties. Mr Potter would not be happy.

No, the best picture ever was the Paula Jacklin walk-on, with Wayne Williams in the background.

So much going on in that picture: her garb, Wayne hiding his face, the rows of empty chairs....
