Re: The Trials and Tribulations of Team Malt
Been scouring the net for some Jason Lowe content since he lost his tour card
Superb to read he won the Black Country Dart Superleague Knockouts at the back end of the last year
The Black Country Men’s Super League staged their Singles Knockout which saw both semi-finals finish with close 4-3 wins as Paul Wells beat Sam Aitkens and Jason Lowe took out Nick Fullwell. Like the semis the final also went the full seven legs distance with Jason Lowe just getting the edge on Paul Wells to claim the title.

Re: The Trials and Tribulations of Team Malt
Not too awful this weekend
Willie lost in R1 which is poo
Aspinall was really unlucky in Round 3 v Noppert
Searle got to the quarters which is a solid run, whilst Cross made the last 16
Sex Factor is back in town next week to continue the march to the European Championships
Hopefully former team member Matt Edgar wins the Iceland Masters in the next few minutes

Re: The Trials and Tribulations of Team Malt
Not great from the team this weekend, ran into a few good performances
Sex Factor out in round 1
Smudger, Cross, Beaton out in round 2
Searle and Aspinall out in round 3
Important weekend coming up with the challenge tour. Boulton currently sits in 6th place in the rankings and will hope to climb higher, hopefully Scott Baker, Furness and Jiwa also turn up.
Unfortunately not too much involvement in the Belgian ET other than Asp, Searle, Cross as seeds and Smudger as the only qualifier. So I will take more interest in the challenge tour

Re: The Trials and Tribulations of Team Malt
Shit weekend for Boulton in the challenge tour, just lost 5-0 in the last 256 with an 81 average
Smudger out in R1 of the Euro Tour to jobber Kleermaker and Searle out to his best mate Gando in R2
Only Aspinall and Cross can save the weekend

Re: The Trials and Tribulations of Team Malt
Not averages but found an article which I’ve translated. I think the premier league has gone on for around 2 months and last night was the semis and finalThe Thorn wrote: ↑Fri May 12, 2023 10:17 amAny news on averages, who did he beat, etcTheMalteseDart wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 11:48 pm Congratulations to Norbert Attard for winning the Malta Premier League last night
Norbert Attard is the winner of the Premier League of darts when he beat Albert Scerri 7-6 in a hard-fought final in the best of 13 games. Earlier, even Althea Ciantar won the female category after dominating her group.
Meanwhile, Norbert Attard was 4-0 up in the first part of the game but Scerri reacted to always get close to his opponent.
Towards the end the score was 6-6, with Scerri failing to take the point in the final dart and with Attard taking advantage to close the score and eventually take the final victory.
Earlier in the semi-finals, Norbert Attard defeated Tony Borg while Albert Scerri had eliminated Enrico Scerri.
At the end of the match, the president of the Malta Darts Association Roderick Zammit presented the cup to Norbert Attard as the winner of the men's category and to Althea Ciantar as the winner in the women's section.

Superb effort thorn! It’s clear who the top dogs of the island are. It’s like Gando and MVG going at it in their pomp’s. Wish both played more WDF events. Albert and Enrico Scerri travel a bit but Norbert could go deep in the shit tier eventsThe Thorn wrote: ↑Fri May 12, 2023 10:28 am Look here Malt in 2017 in the last leg Attard took out 160 to win the final!
