A big bunch of useless German jobbers. Good commitment to stay in Germany all week just for the 1 qualifier, as he opted out of ET7 qualifiers because it clashes with Challenge Tour

He will be in action again on the ET on Friday

Cmon Boulton!

A very below par weekend for the Team. Cross made a quarter final but that's the bare minimum you expect from him

Nothing else even worth reporting

Next weekend's ET team:

Aspinall
Cross
Ross Smith
Sexy Steve
Andy Boulton
De Zwaan

It has been on my mind to add Mario Vandenbogaerde to the team, my team doesn't have too much of a cosmipolitan feel and he could be a good addition. Would be interested in hearing the thoughts of the forum

I think Mario would be a good fit especially with him being ex BDO player

That's the positivity I need. Will continue to make positive comments about Mario until it causes Emu to grow a strong dislike for him

Summary of titles and other successes in 2023 by Team Malt

Ryan Searle:
Players Championship 1 winner
Players Championship 4 runner up
Players Championship 6 runner up

Ross Smith:
Players Championship 5 winner

Nathan Aspinall:
Euro Tour 4 runner up

Andy Boulton:
Challenge Tour 3 winner

Not an awful return but the rest of the team need to step up, tour cards are in danger for a few if they don't get a good run or 2 under their belts

Feel like Cross is plodding along at the minute but I expect him to pick up at least 2 titles this year

Out in Round 1 today

Searle
O'Connor
Smith
Murnan
Lennon
Beaton
Petersen
Joyce
Boulton

Only ones through are Cross and Edhouse

Some of the members who are close to making the team putting a better effort in at least, the likes of De Zwaan, Gilding, Brooks and Super Mario

Fucking painful supporting this lot

The more players supported the less chance I have of constant supporting misery

I have 29 players in my squad and I could easily add a lot more.

I like way more players than I dislike.

I'm just making a point that I love darts for the different characters. Just rooting for 1 or 2 players heavily has never been my style.

I think I’d find it boring if I didn’t ‘support’ anyone… otherwise I’d feel like I’m kinda watching the same thing over and over again. There’s only so much you can get out of seeing people score well and hit doubles
