Aye. I only have it at Xmas, like. Or in reality, 2 weeks after Xmas because we buy too much shit beforehand and never eat it.

Got some Auld Reekie, Anster and some Mimolette. Thanks to HJ for inspiring.

I’ve actually had Mimolette cheese but am not familiar with the other two. I’ve looked up both and Auld Reekie sounds divine.

With not being too mobile over the last few weeks ive not had a chance to do my usual shopping as in going to the butchers, farm shops and supermarkets etc....

I fancied some nice cheese and crackers tonight and all I have in is a block of mature cheddar, Think I might have to make an effort and get somewhere I can reload on some nice cheeses, Been a while since ive had some Roule or Applewood..
