Darts is in a really strange place at the minute

The top tier players aren't up to scratch right now.

- Price and Clayton are wildly inconsistent the past two months. 110 avg, followed by 85 avg. Not winning enough titles in 2022 by their standards.
- Smith still has question marks after tonight despite marked improvements.
- MVG operated on so we don't know how he'll react.
- Wright and Wade have fallen off a cliff. Wright especially looks sour and out of love with fans. Wade has been completely shite since he got sick.
- Anderson looks like he can't be arsed anymore.

2022 is proving so far that the B or even C tier is now stronger than ever.

- Noppert winning a major and backing it up on Euro Tour
- Cunt Puke, Heta, Dirk, Rydz all playing immense on the ProTour and TV
- Cullen graduating from Jobber Joe to tv winner and a scruffy win specialist
- Shitlock hitting three bulls and being player of the World Cup

This could culminate in some serious shocks in Blackpool and beyond.

More and more obscure players are turning up on the ProTour too.

Players like Scott Williams, Razma, Üter, Jansen, The Queef, Gilding, all either floor winners or runners up this year with loads of events to go.

They are taking advantage of the top players' inconsistencies, poor play and laziness at the minute

Can’t argue with any of that.

Clayton is all over the place in the last couple of months, as is Wright. Wade has been utter gash since he was hospitalised.
