"Obviously all the attention I get from forums is a problem for you. All I can say is keep going and keep slagging me off, there will come a day when we meet on the dartboard. Your mouth will be firmly shut and the shite you speak will make you look a mug. You know fuck all about me, where I play, what I earn or how I earn money in darts and you most of all have absolutely no right to that information. All I can say is that if you had any bollox and really did believe that you could wipe the floor with me you would have turned up at the Midlands tournaments. But then again you are all mouth. At least I have the bottle to speak my mind to others to their face and am always willing to prove myself on the dartboard."

"First of all there is a difference between fans and people who get their kicks through slagging me off. Why on earth should I make time for people who do not have a genuine interest in me as a dart player? Those who know me and do have an interest will soon tell you that I make time for those who are genuine in their interest in me.

I have always taken my time to help others in the game and spent my time answering questions from people who have an interest in the game and in me.(But really) with arseholes making statements like the ones (some have) is it really surprising that I speak my mind?"

And to provide something of more value than just "that's wrong", here's the state of the Japanese qualifying courtesy of the promoters. 4 more participants left to be determined, two of them this week and the other two the first week of September.

Top row: Hiroki Doi, Hajime Tabata, Ryusei Azemoto, Yuta Hayashi

Middle row: Seigo Asada, Tetsuya Fujiwara, Ao Ishihara, Yuki Yamada

Bottom row: Shoji Baba, Keita Ono, Ryuta Arihara, Mitsuhiko Tatsunami

Asada, Yamada and Ono should be known. Azemoto, Hayashi, Arihara and Tatsunami are also decent, the other five won't play any relevant role in the final playoff unless they play out of their skin that day.

Shoji Baba was in the World Cup team last year iirc, beat Max Hopp in a dire first to 4 slog

Oh, I knew you were just repeating what Pim Huberts has posted on Twitter.

I even told that guy a few weeks ago that the Japanese qualifier is taking place on 11th September, since he hadn't managed to find that information himself even though it was the first national qualifier announced back in June. You'd think that kind of experience would have told him that his twitter-fu isn't that great with Japanese sources, and caused a moment of contemplation when he came across Yamada's name. Nope, just assumed that he knows better and added him to his list of "confirmed" qualifiers anyway.

But do feel free to believe him over me, oche, won't be my problem. :)
