They have whacked a pink TARDIS next to Tower Bridge. Apparently its marketing for the Barbie film. No idea why the two are connected.

Is there anyone left who actually cares about the show for what it actually is?

The Tardis was pink once before. In the McCoy story The Happiness Patrol where a giant Bertie Bassett is on the rampage.

Randall suffered terrors over kandyman

"Anatomically less than sound" he wailed "will it Never permit me sleep"

:)

Bassett's complained to the BBC apparently. That's been fashionable for a while. Its head is ping pong balls painted blue.

Most of the worst stories of the original series are all clumped together at the end

I don't really agree with that as I find there's a generous sprinkling of disasters across the whole series. On the whole I don't mind McCoy.

Paradise Towers is a low blow. For shame Randall. Few worse things have been televised to my knowledge.

Nevertheless I think some of McCoy is alright. All eras have stinkers. Tom's drags on forever with some very bland stuff where he's a grumpy cunt and utterly charmless.

For dependably enjoyable offerings I think the Pertwee years are the best.

5 new novelisations of TV stories in the style of the old Target books.

Nope. The only Doctor Who books I have read are novelisations of the tv stories. I have several of them.
