ET winner goes ahead of PC winner Ratty and Bunty aren't in Slam so winner gets Searle's spot as he is Lowest ranked currently sitting in the last PC spot at the minute

I meant why Rat has higher PC priority than Searle, but it seems to have been an error on wikipedia that someone has just altered.
