If she can get from one to the other time wise I wouldn't be surprised cos she seems to pop up all over the place, She's quite tied with ITV too so not sure she would compromise her situation there?
Be good for Matt Smith to pick it up again...he used to be good on the PDC events

It is what you make of it first look at Wright as World Champ, get to see what state Cross' action is in, is Anderson still motivated or gone back to can't really be arsed after the WC and first look at MVG with new dartsWhatHasHappened wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2020 1:37 am Arguably the worst and most irrelevant TV tournament of the year.

Only possible other PDC contender is the World Series (tournaments and Finals), but even they have more interest to me with seeing some new players each year, and no more Barney (and hopefully Wade and Lewis) stinking it up this year.WhatHasHappened wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2020 1:37 am Arguably the worst and most irrelevant TV tournament of the year.

Re: 2020 PDC Masters
I agree that this is one of the least interesting TV tournaments and I wouldn’t be against a change of format or something like that to get a bit of interest in.
But I still find that it serves a purpose. It gives the Premier League players a competitive warm up before it starts the following week, it allows the top 16 players to ease themselves back into action without worrying about ranking points, and it gives a first look at how players who have succeeded or failed at Ally Pally to see how they respond in a TV setting. All players have had (at least) a month off from competitive action, which is the longest that many of these players will have off throughout the whole year. I imagine most of them will have had time on holiday, players like Cross and Smith will want to get into some form and I always think that failing to win the Worlds makes Van Gerwen super motivated to win this tournament so there’s still definitely something in it for me.

Re: 2020 PDC Masters
I see your point on this. Unfortunately, regardless of any meaning this event may have, it usually turns out to be dull because everyone is rusty, with MvG cantering to the title as he's got so much pure talent that he doesn't need to spend hours and hours on the practice board to chuck good darts. This time he's got new darts so hopefully he takes a little while to get back to something like his best, would make things more interesting.Dick wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 9:28 am I agree that this is one of the least interesting TV tournaments and I wouldn’t be against a change of format or something like that to get a bit of interest in.

You must be happy about Dirk winning back his tour card!

Yes, the problem with Dirk is that he doesn’t appear to be good enough to get into the top 64 after the two years, but he’s too good to miss out at Q school.thegentle wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 12:39 pmI see your point on this. I make it this is the second time that he has won his tour card back at the first attempt, or it is since I’ve been following darts to such detail. I know he lost a lot of matches 6-5 last year that could have gone either way, so I’m hoping he can change that this time.

No, Oche just seems to have made that up. Dimitri is nowhere near the top 16 in that. And Ratajski would comfortably be in.JH-01 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 11:49 amIs that the actual one year OoM?oche balboa wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 9:37 pm It is the least (With the world series of darts finals) the most "Meh" tournaments on the PDC Calendar

Anderson at No.8 and ahead of Durrant and Wade made me suspicious. The Thorn wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 1:03 pmNo, Oche just seems to have made that up. Dimitri is nowhere near the top 16 in that. Re: 2020 PDC Masters
It's this a tournament that makes money and funds the pro tour? Wouldn't call it a waste or useless. As much as I despise the world cup pdc event, that one too makes money so I guess my opinion I that one should. be softened.

Ian White will get to his first TV final, you heard it hear first.
Wright will have achievement of his life hangover still, MVG won't be at his best with new darts, Price still angry and defeating himself.
