Isn't that some clown who sexually assault women in his trailer?

Or was it the clown who is the only difference between the circuses?

You are misinformed. Haven't you heard, apparently everybody wants the headshaking postman in the PL, not Mensur.

I don't think so. Still couldn't name 10 players who deserve it more than Mensur. We know JC doesn't like Suljovic but still can't think of 10 better players right now. Could be Benito/Norris/Gurney, if they do something big at the Worlds. But if they don't, I can't see a better choice myself.

incorrect

I dont mind mensur, and wanted him to beat webster.

My point which I have stated for ages was people calling for mensur of any other new player for the PL was simply retarded until they do something of note in the worlds

If a new player can't produce under the pressure of being in a big match on the biggest stage in world darts, then they have fuckall chance of handling the very best players chucking big averages at them week after week

I don't disagree but I don't think the other PL contenders will do better in the Worlds.

A first or second round exit in the world won't necessarily mean a PL contender won't make it in, Thornton did last year after a first round exit. But Thornton had won a major last year, Mensur has had a good year but hasn't looked like doing that.

Obviously it was another scenario with Robert who won a big title.
However, the other PL contenders did much worse than Mensur this year. I mean the likes of Klaasen, Norris, Whitlock, Benito, Huybrechts

I still think form against the top players should play a factor in the selection process. Anyway out of last years lineup we can make some assumptions

Van Gerwen In
Anderson In
Wright In
Taylor In
Wade almost certainly in
Lewis In
Barney In
Thornton out
Chizzy In
Smith Needs two more wins in this I reckon

So probably two places up for grabs.

Oh yeah. It won't be anything that happens on the board that would keep him out.

Totally agree with this, and I can't think of anyone other than Mensur and Klaasen currently to fill them 2 places. The players who could, would need some highly unlikely wins to do so.
