Oh, they still do here, there is of course 2-3 layers of clean white paper sheet inner wrapping, then the Newsprint around that for insultation and strength of the parcel.

Also what about all the homeless people around London that sleep ruff in the streets, what will they use for bedding now ? Newspaper is very good insultation, this could cause the homeless to to resort to plastic packaging for bed coverings which will lead to poor health and increased pressure on the health service.

exactly, i pointed him towards the times or telegraph but as miss cole wasnt on the cover he just looked confused and left.
